types of TRAINING offered by rob

​Rob offers a range of programmes and sessions.

Strength & Conditioning - Designed to increase lean muscle tissue, improve structural strength, decrease excess body fat, increase endurance. Ranging from :
​
  • Isometric Training that focuses on continuous muscle contraction with little to no joint movement.
  • Isotonic Training involving resistance movements that utilize free weights, dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine and exercise balls, kettlebells, and body weight.
  • Plyometric Training type of functional fitness consisting of explosive compound movements and is also known as jump training.

Calisthenics is resistance training using your own body weight.

From handstands to gymnastic rings, nothing is off limits when training with your own body weight.

Similar to gymnastics in that you will learn how to move and control your body under different stimulus, it is one the most rewarding types of training you can do.

Mobility training is the most important form of training.

​I will teach you how to correct movement imbalances, fix injuries including back pain and improve your quality of life movements, work to increase the movement in your joints and increase your overall flexibility and Range of Motion.
