When I first started training with Rob, his main priority was to ensure that not only were my workouts tough, but also that I was doing the exercises right.
Rob spends a lot of time educating you in how to get it right first to ensure you are completing each move safely and getting the most out of it.
My main goal has always been to increase my fitness, but in order to achieve this I needed to lose weight. With Rob's help and variety of sessions from cardio, weights, strength and conditioning, I lost three stone after just a few months.
Each session was difficult and challenging with Rob always understanding when to push you, and when rest was needed, which promotes a comfortable and trusting environment.
Rob makes the training sessions less daunting as he is always full of encouragement which increases my own confidence with every session.
